White Truffle

1 Pound Cake, Medium Sized (Sponge Cake / Angel Food Cake can be used)
4 pkg. Instant Pudding (Vanilla or Banana)
Fresh Fruit cut into small pieces

Cut the cake into small bite size pieces. Prepare the pudding according to the package directions. In a good sized bowl start layering the ingredients. Start with the pound cake then the pudding and next the fresh fruit. Continue alternating the layers until the bowl is full. Top with the remaining fresh fruit. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.

This can be made sugar free by substituting sugar free pudding and cake.
