Olbrich Gardens: Americay – Irish and Scottish, 2 – 3
p.m. Warm your winter day with a concert in the Evjue
Commons. Series sponsored by the Olbrich Botanical
Society. Americay plays traditional Irish, Scottish
and Cape Breton tunes. Suggested $1 donation.
Concerts are every Sunday at 2 p.m., January 2 –

This is PHMC's most politcally-charged concert to date, addressing family-oriented themes in response to the state's proposed Anti-same sex Marriage Amendment coming on our ballots in November, and will conclude with Randall Thompson's "Testament of Freedom", with lyrics by Thomas Jefferson.
